Job description

Experienced Payroll Clerk
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven payroll processing experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
  • Experience with payroll reporting, tax deductions, and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of Netchex payroll software is a plus
  • Experience with Dealertrack software is a plus
  • Automotive dealership experience is a plus

Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Maintain employee payroll records
  • Review payroll data for accuracy and compliance
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries
  • Generate payroll reports and assist with audits as needed
  • Other payroll related duties
