Motor Vehicle Dealership is hiring for A Billing Assistant to Assist the Biller in posting vehicle sales for the dealership. Looking for a Qualified Individual to Join Davie’s #1 Dealership. We offer our Associates a Team Environment, Great Benefits after 90 days and On-going support.

Responsibilities:

-Strong Attention to Detail, Process and File all documents while following company procedures.

-Review and Verify all Paperwork/deal jackets ensuring all documents are within deal.

-Issue Checks for lien payoffs and submit to financial institutions

-Scan and Upload documents to Biller, Controller and Office Manager Daily.

-General Accounting Knowledge

-Knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs. Drive

-Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to call tasks.

-Asst Office Manager OR Upper Management on an as needed basis.

-Knowledge of CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds:Dealertrack DMS.
