What You'll Do

  • Greet customers and write up repair orders accurately and efficiently
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and technician findings
  • Communicate clearly with customers on service needs, timelines, and pricing
  • Provide accurate estimates and obtain proper authorization for repairs
  • Follow up with customers throughout the repair process and at delivery
  • Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business
  • Work closely with technicians and the Service Manager to keep the shop flowing efficiently
  • Manage repair orders and scheduling through Dealertrack DMS
  • Uphold Acura/AHM service standards and warranty procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
