Job description

We are looking to add a Service Department BDC Representative who is organized, friendly, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. At Wasatch Front Kia, you'll be part of a high-performing team that values communication, teamwork, and growth.

Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
  • Confirm and update customer information, appointment details, and vehicle status in our Dealer Management System (Dealertrack) and our online scheduling software (Xtime)
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring each customer feels valued and informed
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure smooth workflow and accurate scheduling
  • Follow up on declined services, maintenance reminders, and warranty or recall notifications
  • Track and document all customer interactions accurately for reporting and quality control
  • Assist in marketing and retention campaigns to drive service business
  • Maintain dealership standards for professionalism, communication, and brand representation
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous BDC, call center, or dealership experience preferred
  • Strong communication, customer service & sales skills
  • Computer proficiency with CRM and scheduling tools (Dealertrack and/or Xtime experience a plus)
  • Positive attitude, patience, and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Proficient with windows programs and general computer knowledge
  • Typing 40-60WPM

Schedule: Full-time, including occasional Saturdays
Compensation: Hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses
