Guest Care & Vehicle Delivery Coordinator

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour + Vehicle Delivery Bonus. Full-Time Position.

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Care & Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to join our Hyundai team.

This position plays an important role in creating an exceptional customer experience from purchase through ownership. The Guest Care & Vehicle Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for delivering all new vehicle purchases to customers, helping customers understand the features and technology in their new Hyundai, and following up with customers regarding their experience with our Sales, Service, and Parts Departments.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, comfortable working with customers, and willing to learn Hyundai vehicles and technology. Automotive experience is helpful but not requiredโ€”we will train the right person.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate and complete the delivery of all new vehicles to customers.
  • Provide customers with a professional and welcoming delivery experience.
  • Learn and maintain strong Hyundai product knowledge, including vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and basic operation.
  • Help customers set up and understand important vehicle features and technology at delivery.
  • Ensure vehicles are ready and the delivery process is organized before the customer arrives.
  • Follow up with customers after their purchase to make sure they are satisfied with their vehicle and dealership experience.
  • Contact Service and Parts customers regarding their experience with our dealership.
  • Assist with monitoring and improving Hyundai Customer Satisfaction (CSI) scores and help the dealership maintain or exceed regional standards.
  • Communicate customer concerns or opportunities for improvement to dealership management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, follow-ups, and vehicle deliveries.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Service, and Parts teams to provide an excellent overall customer experience.

Compensation

$18.00 per hour, plus a bonus for each vehicle personally delivered to a customer. This position provides an opportunity to earn additional compensation based on the number of qualifying new vehicle deliveries completed.
