See our benefits summary below.**Sales Territory Coverage**: * This role manages a territory primarily covering most of the state of **Florida**, with flexibility to expand based on business needs.* Following onboarding, this role follows a hybrid work schedule, balancing travel within the territory for dealer visits with home office-based work.* This structure supports consistent customer engagement and effective territory management. Candidates must be comfortable with regular regional travel.* Preferred candidates will reside within or in close proximity to the assigned territory. **POSITION SUMMARY:**Furst-McNess Company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to support and grow our dealer network business within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and customers, identifying new business opportunities, increasing sales across product lines, and serving as a trusted resource for the company’s products, programs, and services. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys working independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams, dealers, and customers to achieve shared goals.
