Position Summary
The Director, Dealer Sales leads the Infomedia Americas dealer sales organization and is responsible for driving revenue growth across dealership customers through the expansion of Infomedia's automotive SaaS solutions.
This role oversees the strategy, performance, and development of the dealer-facing revenue team including inside sales, customer success, enterprise consulting, and sales operations. The Director, Dealer Sales is responsible for delivering consistent revenue growth, strengthening dealer relationships, and ensuring Infomedia solutions are effectively positioned to support dealership service, parts, and aftersales operations.
The role works closely with OEM program leaders, product teams, marketing, and executive leadership to align sales strategy with market opportunities and customer needs.
We are seeking a proven sales leader with strong experience in automotive retail technology, dealership operations, or SaaS sales organizations serving the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the dealer sales strategy for the Americas region to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Lead and manage the dealer sales organization including inside sales representatives, customer success representatives, enterprise consultants, and sales operations personnel.
• Establish and monitor revenue targets, pipeline performance, and sales metrics across the dealer sales organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership groups, dealer principals, and fixed operations leaders.
• Partner with OEM program teams to align dealer engagement strategies with manufacturer initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure strong market positioning and successful customer outcomes.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the sales team to drive consistent performance and professional development.
• Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting to ensure visibility and predictability of revenue performance.
• Identify opportunities to expand Infomedia's product portfolio within dealership accounts.
• Represent the voice of the dealer customer internally and help guide product development priorities based on market feedback.
• Support strategic partnerships and industry engagement within the automotive retail ecosystem.
Qualifications
• Five to seven years of experience in sales leadership within automotive technology, SaaS, or dealership-focused organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading revenue teams and consistently achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations including parts, service, and fixed operations.
• Proven ability to develop sales strategies and scale high-performing sales organizations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across product, marketing, and operational teams.
