  • We are seeking an experienced Onsite Data Program Manager to lead and drive multiple, parallel AI-enabled transformation initiatives in support of business and operational excellence. This role requires managing complex, cross-functional programs focused on data, automation, analytics, and AI adoption to improve productivity, decision-making, and technical scalability.
  • The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of program management expertise, data and reporting capabilities, hands-on technical understanding (Python, databases, AI tools), and the ability to propose and operationalize AI-driven solutions aligned with A***'s innovation culture. This role demands close onsite collaboration with engineering, data, operations, and leadership teams.

Core Skills:
Technical & Data Skills:
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML tools and platforms relevant to large-scale enterprise environments
  • Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, automation, and proof-of-concept development
  • Solid knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), data modeling, and data pipelines
  • Expertise in reporting and dashboarding tools(e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or internal analytics platforms)
