Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Data program manager to lead a strategic, complex, highly cross-functional initiative. As a Data Program Manager, you will transform program objectives into structured actionable plans, manage technical dependencies and drive collaboration between Engineering, Analytics, and Compliance to deliver robust, efficient solutions on schedule and to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
  • Translate high-level program objectives into a clear, actionable program charter and a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  • Define and manage scope and complex dependencies; develop and execute phased roadmaps that align with evolving business needs.
  • Lead capacity planning and resource management; proactively assess resource gaps to ensure the program remains appropriately staffed and prioritized.
  • Proactively identify technical, operational, financial, and resourcing risks. Y ou will assess impact and likelihood while developing and executing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate cross-functional decision-making, prioritization, and change management.
  • Tailor communication strategies for diverse stakeholders, providing frequent, clear status reporting that highlights progress and impediments.
  • Oversee knowledge transfer and comprehensive documentation throughout the program lifecycle, ensuring a smooth transition during program closure.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional data or technical programs.
  • Expertise in project management software (Jira, Wrike or equivalent) with a focus on automation and API integrations.
