Job description

Our client, a technology solutions provider company located in San Francisco, CA, needs an Enterprise Platform Coordinator for permanent employment. The Enterprise Platform Coordinator will work 4 days a week onsite in San Francisco, and focus on ensuring that data is trusted, well-defined, and meets internal/regulatory expectations. The position leads governance platform capabilities across Collibra, Atlan, Alation, and Manta, driving metadata management, lineage transparency, policy governance, conceptual data modeling, and AI governance initiatives. The role partners closely with business leaders, data teams, and Risk/Compliance functions to integrate governance into enterprise processes and enable analytics and AI programs in a secure, governed, and compliant manner.
Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in data governance, information management, or enterprise data platform environments.
  • 3+ years of experience delivering AI-powered capabilities and enabling AI use cases within governed data environments and enterprise data landscapes.
  • 3+ years of experience with AI governance frameworks, metadata-centric AI enablement, and control mechanisms supporting responsible and compliant AI deployment.
  • 3+ years of experience navigating data privacy regulations and compliance obligations, including GDPR and CCPA.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.

Desired Skills:
  • Professional certification in data governance or data management, such as DAMA Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP).
