Job description

Company Overview
Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people's lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).
What you'll do
As the Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Platform Positioning, you will own the strategic narrative, positioning, and messaging for Docusign's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) capabilities within the broader Docusign IAM platform. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role at the intersection of product strategy, platform storytelling, and enterprise go-to-market execution. You will serve as the company's primary authority on CLM narrative and messaging-ensuring every launch, campaign, and enablement asset tells a consistent, compelling, and differentiated story. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Corporate Marketing, and Field Marketing to build the messaging infrastructure that helps Docusign win in an increasingly competitive market. You will also contribute to key analyst relations programs and support strategic company initiatives, including our user conference and Momentum.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Product Marketing.
Responsibility
  • Own, regularly update, and maintain the holistic positioning, differentiation story, and core narrative bill of materials for Docusign's CLM capabilities within the IAM platform - serving as the single source of truth across all teams and programs
  • Develop and evolve the messaging strategy for CLM, ensuring alignment with the broader platform narrative and Docusign's overarching go-to-market strategy
  • Review CLM-related product launches for narrative consistency and a coherent platform message at every release
  • Articulate clearly why Docusign's contract management approach is differentiated and how it fits within the broader IAM platform story
  • Enable field and cross-functional teams on competitive positioning, competitive differentiation, and platform messaging combining individual features into a larger, compelling narrative that drives enterprise deals and expands adoption
  • Contribute to analyst relations programs by supporting briefing preparation, messaging alignment, and presentation content for engagements with firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and Hackett Group
  • Support enablement efforts related to analyst rankings and evaluations (e.g., Magic Quadrant, Wave, MarketScape), helping internal teams understand and communicate what these rankings mean and how to leverage them
  • Serve as a contributor to high-impact strategic programs including the company's user conference, Momentum, and Momentum OnTour packaging the platform narrative for executive briefings, customer-facing sessions, and industry events to ensure a consistent message across every high-visibility moment

  • Experience supporting or contributing to analyst relations programs and familiarity with major evaluation frameworks (e.g., Magic Quadrant, Wave, MarketScape)
  • Experience supporting large-scale customer or industry events, such as user conferences
  • Highly collaborative, enthusiastic, open, proactive, and results-driven
  • Self-starter who can accomplish projects with minimal need for supervision
