In this impactful role within our Finance Program Management Office (PMO), you will drive the planning and execution of cross-Finance process, technology, and data programs to optimize efficiency, insights, and growth for our Finance organization. You will handle the business side of multiple projects and interact with multidisciplinary, cross-cultural teams at all seniority levels, including leadership.

A successful candidate will be able to quickly understand the business and must have excellent communication skills, with strong experience in leading complex projects in a global environment. In addition to leading complex initiatives in support of our Finance transformation journey, you will help establish project management guidelines and practices to ensure effective, efficient, high-quality delivery that consistently meets or exceeds the expectations of the business. You are a selfstarter who takes ownership in ambiguous situations, helping to shape direction and bring structure when the path forward is not yet clear.

This is a hybrid position that can be based in either Los Angeles or Los Gatos and offers the flexibility to work remotely part-time. Occasional travel may be required to other office locations, including internationally. Responsibilities Program Management Lead programs and projects from ideation through implementation.

Help define scope, approaches, and success outcomes for projects. Develop project charters and comprehensive work plans with clear milestones and dependencies. Track the status of tasks to surface roadblocks to delivery and ensure milestones are met.

Proactively manage risks; Propose and implement risk-mitigation strategies. Align business, product, and engineering partners on priorities and tradeoffs. Help connect the dots across teams and programs to increase understanding and power well-informed decisions.

Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders as a thought partner on how work gets done-shaping approaches, proposing options, and facilitating decisions on the best way to move initiatives forward. Translate complex program status into clear, concise executive communications. Stakeholder Management and Business Engagement Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels.

Provide stakeholders with project decisions and milestone tracking. Ensure executive sponsors are informed via status updates and appropriate escalations. Collaborate with Finance business leads, product, engineering and technical program managers to deliver solutions that meet or exceed business stakeholders' needs.

Manage through others; successfully influence cross-functional team members to achieve project goals. Proactively identify decisions needed and identify owners.. Provide the right context and data to inform stakeholder decision making

Change Management Apply a structured methodology to lead change management activities Develop and ensure execution of change management deliverables (stakeholder analysis, business impact assessment, change adoption strategy, training plans, etc.) Domain Knowledge Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and Forecast to Delivery business processes Qualifications 7+ years of project or program management, planning, and implementing complex systems impacting multiple processes and teams 3+ years focused on finance and accounting processes and systems within a global enterprise Bachelor's degree required (business or finance preferred) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Experience with modern PMO tooling (Smartsheet, Coda, Airtable, or similar). Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and productivity tools. CPA or any professional finance accreditation is a plus Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses

You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $215,000.00 - $340,000.00
