Job Description: Data Program Manager

  • Lead enterprise-wide data programs, driving strategy, execution, governance, and business value delivery.
  • Define and implement data strategy, operating models, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end data lifecycle including data creation, usage, retention, archival, and quality management.
  • Establish data governance frameworks covering ownership, stewardship, metadata, lineage, and compliance.
  • Drive data quality initiatives, standards, controls, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Manage large-scale data transformation, migration, and analytics enablement initiatives.
  • Partner with business, technology, security, and analytics teams to deliver data solutions.
  • Own program planning, delivery tracking, risk management, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and manage executive-level stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Agile/Hybrid delivery practices and ensure successful program outcomes.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making and adoption of enterprise data platforms.
