Job Summary
Independence Pet Holdings (IPH) is undertaking a multi-year enterprise transformation to modernize its technology and data ecosystem and establish scalable, data-driven capabilities across its operating companies globally.
The Technology Program Manager - Data & Analytics is responsible for leading execution and coordinated delivery of strategic enterprise data and analytics initiatives across IPH's evolving data platform landscape, including cloud data platforms, reporting and analytics modernization, data integrations, governance enablement, and AI-driven capabilities.
Reporting into the Technology Portfolio & Delivery Office (TPDO), this role partners closely with IPH Data & Enterprise Analytics (IDEA) leadership, business program leaders, architecture, engineering, infrastructure, security, and third-party delivery teams to drive execution alignment, delivery accountability, and coordinated outcomes across multiple concurrent workstreams.
This role requires strong execution discipline, organizational leadership, and delivery management capabilities within complex enterprise environments. The successful candidate will lead integrated planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and execution governance in support of IPH's broader enterprise transformation initiatives and data modernization strategy.
Focus Areas
  • Data Platform Delivery: Lead and coordinate delivery activities across enterprise data platform, analytics, reporting, integration, and AI enablement initiatives to support successful execution against transformation objectives.
  • Transformation Enablement: Drive modernization of enterprise data capabilities, governance processes, analytics platforms, and operational reporting practices across IPH operating companies.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with business, data, architecture, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams to drive execution alignment, dependency management, and issue resolution.
  • Execution Governance: Drive visibility into delivery status, risks, dependencies, milestones, financials, and operational metrics across enterprise data and analytics workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate delivery activities across enterprise data and analytics initiatives, including cloud data platforms, reporting modernization, data integrations, governance enablement, and AI-related capabilities
  • Drive integrated planning and execution coordination with business program managers, data leaders, engineering teams, architects, and system integrators
  • Lead Agile / SAFe delivery routines, including planning sessions, dependency management, status reviews, RAID management, and execution tracking activities
  • Lead integrated roadmap coordination across data engineering, analytics, integrations, infrastructure, security, and business workstreams
  • Drive visibility and accountability for program milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, financials, and action items across multiple delivery teams
  • Lead coordination with vendors and third-party delivery partners to monitor deliverables, escalate blockers, and ensure execution accountability
  • Build and maintain executive-ready delivery dashboards, status reporting, and operational metrics across enterprise data initiatives
  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Information Security, and Engineering teams to ensure aligned and predictable delivery outcomes
  • Lead operational readiness, release coordination, testing alignment, and deployment planning activities across data and analytics initiatives
  • Ensure delivery activities align with TPDO governance standards, reporting requirements, financial controls, and operational processes
  • Collaborate closely with business and IDEA leadership to ensure alignment between technology delivery activities and broader enterprise data transformation objectives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery governance, operational cadence, reporting standards, and transformation execution practices

Education and Experience
  • 12+ years of technology program or project management experience supporting enterprise technology, data, or analytics delivery initiatives
  • Experience supporting enterprise data platforms, analytics modernization, cloud data ecosystems, or AI enablement initiatives preferred
  • Familiarity with data engineering, reporting, analytics, governance, or enterprise data platform concepts
  • Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar ecosystems preferred
  • Experience working with system integrators, offshore delivery teams, and third-party vendors
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives within regulated industries preferred
  • Experience working within Agile / SAFe delivery environments
  • Strong understanding of enterprise delivery governance, reporting, financial tracking, and dependency management practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or related field
