Job description

Position: Data Product Manager – Data & Analytics
Location: Saint Paul, MN – Hybrid/Remote                                                                                                   Pay rate : $ 55 to $ 60 per Hour 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead data product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end product lifecycle.
  • Drive modernization from legacy mainframe systems to data lakes and data curation platforms.
  • Partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, Analytics, and business teams.
  • Build trusted, reusable, governed, and scalable data products.
  • Define KPIs, dashboards, analytics, governance, privacy, and responsible data use.

Required / Preferred Skills

  • 4–7 years of experience in Data Management, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of data pipelines, data warehousing, modeling, metadata, and governance.
  • Significant experience with Databricks.
  • Strong SQL, Data Lakes, ETL/Data Pipelines experience.
  • Familiarity with Python / Java.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and/or dbt.
  • Strong product leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with modern data architecture and highly regulated environments.
