Job Description:
As a Manager within the WI Internal Analytics, Insights and Reporting team this person will be focused on bringing deep data expertise to support internal analytic initiatives and projects. These initiatives will drive improvement and efficiencies for Fidelity Workplace Investing (WI) across a diverse array of solutions and approaches. You will partner to build cross-functional relationships with business and analytics colleagues. This is an opportunity to provide your insights and enable Workplace Investments to make the data-driven decisions required to meet their strategic objectives.

We can fill this role in our Smithfield Rhode Island, Merrimack New Hampshire, Covington Kentucky, or Westlake Texas locations.
The Expertise We're Looking For
  • Bachelors or equivalent with 2 years of experience.
  • Experience working with data environments and strong knowledge in querying language and/or querying applications to create, manipulate and transform large datasets.
  • Working experience with Adobe Analytics or equivalent platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Working experience with PowerBI, Tableau or equivalent data visualization tools.
  • Experience in interacting with cross functional partners within the organization and crafting presentations that convey the data narrative.
  • Financial industry experience, a plus.

The Purpose of Your Role
You will serve as Manager for analytics and insights work reporting on the various improvement initiatives that cut across our Workplace (WI) business units. You will play a key role in our overall transformation to a platform enabled and capability-led Digital Future to benefit our clients and participants.
You will drive leading class analytics and insight generation--harnessing our underlying platforms that collect and deliver millions of interactions and transactions across our channels (web, mobile, phones, etc.)
The Expertise You Have
  • Working experience in Digital Marketing Analytics
  • Working experience with SQL to create, manipulate and concatenate large datasets
  • Working experience with Adobe Analytics or equivalent platforms like Google Analytics
  • Working experience with Tableau or equivalent data visualization tool
  • Financial industry experience, a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, or another quantitative field
