Description
We're looking an experienced Engineering Program Manager (EPM) with the ability to ship complex and often cross-functional data engineering projects in the marketing domain.","responsibilities":"This is a hands-on position; the EPM will be involved in the initial intake and assessment of potential projects through all stages of project execution and delivery.
As the EPM, you should feel comfortable in all aspects of project management including, project scoping, requirements gathering, design and solutioning, timeline and project planning, and reporting and communication to executive audiences.
Additionally, the EPM will collaborate with a variety of cross-functional teams in the delivery of projects such as Data Science, Client and Server Engineering, Production Support, Quality Assurance, Information Security, Privacy Engineering and more.
Finally, this is not a task based role. It has significant ambiguity which the EPM will need to successfully navigate to deliver projects on time and with high quality.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to deliver high quality results while working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Experience with digital marketing technologies, automation, and analytics
Passionate about protecting privacy while delivery key product insights
Experience with big data technologies and tools for big data event management
Leadership and gravitas to drive conversations with analytics stakeholders
Aptitude and willingness to learn, and proactive attitude and energy
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years Technical project/program management experience or equivalent experience
Understanding of agile project management methodologies
Understanding of Sprints and scrum
Program management in data analytics, big data engineering, or software development
Strong facilitation skills to drive complex, cross functional, and comprehensive project plan
Exceptional verbal and written communication, including presentation skills to all levels of an organization
Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering majors preferred or equivalent work experience
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,500 and $250,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
