Term : W2/Full Time Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager - Data Analytics to lead and manage complex, enterprise-wide data and analytics programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program/project management, data analytics, business intelligence, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership.
The candidate will be responsible for driving analytics initiatives from strategy and requirements through execution and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end data analytics programs involving multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Define program objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, data scientists, data engineers, BI teams, and technology leaders to deliver analytics solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into data and analytics strategies, roadmaps, and actionable deliverables.
  • Manage program schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Drive development and delivery of dashboards, reports, KPIs, data products, and analytical solutions.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams on data pipelines, data integration, data quality, and data governance initiatives.
  • Work with BI/analytics teams using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Monitor program performance through KPIs, status reporting, milestones, and executive-level dashboards.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies and develop mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide regular program status updates.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, data, analytics, and product functions.
  • Ensure alignment between analytics initiatives and overall business strategy.
  • Establish and maintain program governance, processes, standards, and documentation.
  • Manage change requests, scope changes, and competing priorities across projects.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across the organization.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP data platforms.
  • Knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Python or another programming language.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata, and master data management.
  • Experience with AI/ML or advanced analytics programs.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
  • PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certification.
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments.
  • Financial services, healthcare, retail, or other regulated-industry experience is a plus.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of overall experience in program/project management, technology, analytics, or related areas.
  • 5+ years of experience managing data/analytics programs or projects.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience presenting program status, risks, metrics, and recommendations to senior leadership/executives.
