Job description

Manager, Data & Analytics
Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Manager, Data Analytics to based out of our Somerville, MA office.
This individual will lead the day-to-day delivery, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions. Partners closely with Business Process Leaders (BPLs), operational stakeholders, and the VP of Business Applications organization to support scalable analytics capabilities using Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

This position reports to our Chief Information Officer. This position will be fully onsite for the first 90 days. After 90 days, the position will follow a hybrid schedule approved by the manager and Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner effectively with executive leadership, BPOs, and BPLs.
  • Deliver scalable, maintainable, and business-aligned analytics solutions.
  • Support enterprise KPI visibility and data-driven decision making.
  • Promote reporting consistency, governance, and operational transparency.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Applications, Infrastructure, and Operations teams.

Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or data visualization roles.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Power BI development experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Fabric and modern cloud-based analytics platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, data modeling, and analytics solution design.
  • Demonstrated experience defining and delivering executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and operational analytics solutions.
  • Strong understanding of reporting governance, data quality, security, and enterprise analytics best practices.
  • Proven ability to partner with executive leadership, Business Process Owners (BPOs), and Business Process Leaders (BPLs) to align analytics solutions with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated leadership in driving analytics initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and promoting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, facilitate requirements gathering sessions, and coordinate efforts across Business Applications, Infrastructure, Operations, and business departments.
  • Experience mentoring analysts, sharing best practices, and fostering adoption of reporting and analytics tools.
  • Strong project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, balance competing demands, and deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or related Microsoft certifications preferred.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
