Job description

Sila is seeking a Data Delivery Lead to serve as a Technical Program Manager with deep data and integration expertise. This role is accountable for orchestrating large‑scale data delivery across complex enterprise environments—integrating source systems to data platforms and consumer use cases with a focus on reuse, scalability, and business impact.

This role owns program‑level planning, prioritization, integration strategy, and delivery across multiple teams and architects. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable defining data strategy, wrangling architects, and driving execution.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of a large, enterprise data program with multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Define and manage program roadmaps, work breakdown structures, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Establish and drive data integration strategy, guidelines, and standards.
  • Orchestrate data movement from source systems to data platforms and consumption layer
  • Partner closely with architects to align on integration approaches, data architecture, and delivery priorities to support both real-time transactional interfaces and business intelligence.
  • Narrow and prioritize scope to ensure meaningful, incremental delivery.
  • Oversee delivery across core data domains, including:
      • Product and product information (PIM)
      • Order and transactional data (invoices, quotes, certifications, deliveries)
      • Customer and customer‑type data
      • Catalog and customer‑specific catalog data
      • Business Intelligence and analytical use cases
  • Work across multiple organizations and teams to enable scalable, reusable data solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management, data delivery, or solution delivery roles.
  • Strong background in enterprise data platforms, integrations, and data delivery at scale, including ERPs such as Salesforce and SAP.
  • Experience working across multiple architects, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate data strategy and architecture into executable delivery plans.
  • Proven success driving alignment and delivery in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card holders due to government contracts.
 
Preferred Experience
  • Consulting or advisory experience.
  • Hands‑on familiarity with ERP and CRM.
  • Experience supporting data mesh or federated data architectures.
  • Background working closely with integration platforms and ETL/data pipeline teams.
