  • Manage changing priorities and project requirements within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Ensure projects are executed in alignment with customer expectations, quality standards, and established processes.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead and participate in customer-facing meetings, providing clear updates on project status, milestones, risks, and upcoming activities.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact throughout project execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Provide regular project reporting and updates to customers and internal leadership teams.
  • Communicate technical project information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Planning & Coordination

  • Facilitate project planning meetings, progress reviews, and internal coordination meetings.
  • Coordinate activities across operations, construction, engineering, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Track action items and ensure ownership and timely completion.

Operational Excellence

  • Monitor project performance against milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance, operational procedures, and change management processes.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Experience managing project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and project lifecycle activities.
  • Experience leading customer-facing meetings and managing stakeholder communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, coordination, reporting, and risk management practices.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

  • Direct experience working within a hyperscale data center environment.
  • Experience managing large-scale structured cabling or low-voltage deployment programs.
  • BICSI training and/or certifications.
  • Experience supporting new data center builds, expansions, retrofits, or infrastructure deployments.
