  • 12+ years in Data Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, or Transformation roles

  • Experience in consulting or leading major digital/data transformation programs

  • Proven track record of managing large teams and customer relationships

  • Strong understanding of data governance, analytics platforms, and modern delivery models (Agile, DevOps)
