Senior Data Program Manager

The Senior Data Program Manager will lead strategic initiatives focused on modernizing and scaling enterprise data platforms. This role demands deep expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), ETL modernization, and cloud-native architectures on AWS with a strong emphasis on program governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence.

Program Leadership: Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale data modernization programs including MDM and ETL transformation initiatives.

Cloud Transformation: Lead migration from legacy ETL platforms (e.g., Informatica PowerCenter) to AWS-native solutions using PySpark, Glue, and other services.

Architecture Strategy: Collaborate with solution architects to define scalable integration architectures and next-gen MDM SaaS ecosystems.

Stakeholder Management: Engage with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and client partners to ensure alignment and transparency.

Governance Reporting: Establish program governance frameworks, track KPIs, and report progress to senior leadership and clients.

Team Enablement: Mentor engineering leads and data architects fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

10 years in data program management with proven success in large-scale data platform delivery.

Deep expertise in MDM systems, ETL tools, and data integration frameworks.

Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Glue, EMR, Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation, etc.)

Familiarity with PySpark, Kafka, TALEND, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub).

Experience in data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
