Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Quality Management Coordinator supports foundational quality-related tasks, including data entry, outreach, and provider communication. This role is designed to build a strong understanding of internal workflows, quality compliance processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES-DUTIES

  • Perform health plan gap analysis
  • Responsible for submission of supplemental data to health plans
  • Responsible for entering supplemental data in Patient Center
  • Assist in the annual wellness form workflow in Onbase
  • Process pharmacy and lab data
  • Participate in work groups and health plan meetings
  • Reports to Director of Provider Network
  • Performs other duties as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • AA degree OR two years of experience OR a combination of education and experience
  • Experience in managing projects from start to finish
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter with excellent problem solving, decision making and follow through skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Knowledge of quality performance measures and requirements
  • Demonstrates technical and operational knowledge and expertise
  • Cultivates positive professional and interpersonal relationships with health plans
  • Effective organizational skills
