Role: Data Management Coordinator

Location: Remote

The Data Management Coordinator supports day-to-day data processes across the organizationโ€”making sure data is accurate, organized, and easy to access. This role works cross-functionally to maintain data quality, support reporting, and keep systems running smoothly.

Your Impact

  • Ensure accurate, reliable data that supports daily operations and decision-making
  • Maintain clean, consistent data across systems by identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Keep data accessible and up to date so teams can move quickly and efficiently
  • Support reporting and insights that drive operational and strategic decisions
  • Partner cross-functionally (ops, finance, IT, analytics) to collect and maintain key data
  • Bring structure to data systems, documentation, and ongoing process improvements
  • Uphold data governance, compliance, and security standards across the organization

Your Strengths

  • 1+ year of experience in data management or similar role
  • Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization
