Handi Quilter, the worldwide leader in longarm quilting machines and accessories has an immediate, full-time Customer Relations Coordinator position available. Handi Quilter is an innovative company that provides quilters with the highest quality products and service. We pride ourselves in having a great work environment. Required Skills:

  • Must have computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
  • Accurately enter data into multiple computer programs including Sage 100 and CRM
  • Ability to professionally answer customer phone calls
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be able to troubleshoot and explain precise information over the phone
  • One to three years customer service experience required, including dealing with difficult customers
  • Must be prompt and punctual to answer incoming phone calls and questions and document conversations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must be able to accomplish multiple tasks in a timely manner
  • Contacts representatives and consumers regarding operations
  • Other office functions as needed, including faxing, mailing, filing, etc.
  • Must be able to work with all teams within the company
  • Other duties as assigned by the Customer Relations Manager
