We are looking for the perfect experienced and creative person to assist our Curriculum Director with the daily responsibilities of ensuring the curriculum is being implemented effectively in all classrooms. This position can be full time or part time. Part time would be approximately 4 flexible hours per day helping our Curriculum director train teachers in teaching, decorating classrooms and preparing classrooms ahead of time to make the curriculum come to life in every room. Full time would include giving daily lunch breaks and/or planning time to the teachers as needed.
This position is perfect for the person who is friendly, focused, LOVES small children, LOVES people and can INSPIRE teachers to do their very best teaching. This is for a person who cares about results while teachers and children grow and develop with your support.
This is for the person who has super high energy, does not want to sit a desk all day and loves being in classrooms with teachers and children. If you can turn projects like bulletin boards and center enhancements with quality in record time, this is the position for you! You must be super organized and possess artistic creative ability to be successful in this position.
Hours will vary based on the needs of the school. Open availability of our operating hours is preferred. Preferred start date is July 13th.

  • A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.
  • A Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in an early childhood education setting.
  • Strong understanding of childcare licensing regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience with enrollment systems, scheduling, and administrative operations.
