• Conduct comprehensive assessments and psychosocial evaluations for clients to formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Develop personalized treatment plans by leveraging evidence-based practices such as solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, and motivational interviewing.
• Implement therapy sessions, both independently and collaboratively, aimed at achieving client goals and enhancing therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare providers, to facilitate integrated care.
• Monitor and document client progress systematically, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to meet individual needs.
• Assist clients in navigating medication protocols, ensuring adherence, and monitoring for side effects in collaboration with prescribers.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. This role will require sensitivity to cultural, social, and economic factors affecting health outcomes, with an emphasis on building trust and rapport in a virtual setting. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• A current and unrestricted license to practice independently in mental health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of California.
• At least one year of post-licensure experience working as an independently licensed therapist.

While not mandatory, previous experience in a community health setting or familiarity with teletherapy is highly beneficial. Strong communication skills and proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems will also enhance your effectiveness in this role.
