  • Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare providers, to facilitate integrated care.
  • Monitor and document client progress systematically, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to meet individual needs.
  • Assist clients in navigating medication protocols, ensuring adherence, and monitoring for side effects in collaboration with prescribers.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. This role will require sensitivity to cultural, social, and economic factors affecting health outcomes, with an emphasis on building trust and rapport in a virtual setting. You will have the opportunity to develop long-term therapeutic relationships and make significant contributions to the quality of life of your clients.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
  • A current and unrestricted license to practice independently in mental health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of California.
  • At least one year of post-licensure experience working as an independently licensed therapist.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, previous experience in a community health setting or familiarity with teletherapy is highly beneficial. Strong communication skills and proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems will also enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with an additional annual incentive bonus based on performance and contributions to the organization. Alongside competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Generous annual incentive bonus opportunities.
  • Comprehensive healthcare plans to cater to your health and wellness.
