Impact Sand and Gravel is proud to offer our Second Chance Program, designed to provide stable housing, employment, and a pathway to rebuild your life.

This program is specifically tailored to individuals who are currently without stable housing. Through meaningful employment and safe accommodations, we aim to help participants achieve long-term independence and success.

***If there are no current openings, we welcome you to submit an application. Your information will be kept on file, and we will contact you when program openings arise.

Second Chance hires receive:

  • Gainful employment.

  • Job training.

  • Life, goal, and financial coaching.

  • On-site housing.

Eligibility:

  • Able to lift 40 pounds, do other physical labor.

  • Able to pass a drug test
