This role allows you to work remotely, providing the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance while serving a broad range of clients. • Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and team members to create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Deliver optional couples and family therapy sessions to help strengthen relationships and enhance family dynamics.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of each patient's progress, ensuring compliance with BBS guidelines.
• Provide referrals to specialized services when necessary, ensuring clients receive holistic care.
• Establish strong therapeutic relationships with clients to promote trust and facilitate healing.

• A Master’s Degree in behavioral science with a current and valid BBS designation (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC).
• At least two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling.
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency in delivering mental health services to individuals, families, and groups.
• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders and effective treatment modalities.
• Effective organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and patient record management.
• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to meet any potential client needs.

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical mental health setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and remote therapy practices.
• Experience with community outreach or advocacy for mental health resources.
