Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize your specialized training to conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, identifying individual patient needs and establishing effective treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation, to assist clients in achieving their mental health goals.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team comprising medical professionals from the Walmart Health & Wellness network, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment for our clients.
  • Monitor and document client progress meticulously, employing both remote and in-person sessions to evaluate therapeutic effectiveness and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Support the administration and management of psychotropic medication prescribed by medical providers, emphasizing adherence, side effects, and overall treatment efficacy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our focus is on serving a diverse patient population, particularly individuals enrolled in our detox program who require specialized mental health support. You'll have the opportunity to work with clients facing various challenges, including addiction, trauma, and mental health disorders. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
