Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize your specialized training to conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, identifying individual patient needs and establishing effective treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation, to assist clients in achieving their mental health goals.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team comprising medical professionals from the Walmart Health & Wellness network, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment for our clients.
  • Monitor and document client progress meticulously, employing both remote and in-person sessions to evaluate therapeutic effectiveness and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Support the administration and management of psychotropic medication prescribed by medical providers, emphasizing adherence, side effects, and overall treatment efficacy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our focus is on serving a diverse patient population, particularly individuals enrolled in our detox program who require specialized mental health support. You'll have the opportunity to work with clients facing various challenges, including addiction, trauma, and mental health disorders. By providing tailored interventions, you will help empower them on their recovery journeys.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid and unrestricted LCSW license to practice independently in the State of Texas.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as an independently licensed therapist, demonstrating competence and expertise in a clinical setting.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working within a detox or addiction recovery environment is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with an annual incentive bonus structure. Additional benefits include:
