New Beginnings Home Solutions is currently looking to hire multiple positions in our fast-growing business. We are wanting to create a strong, family-based company, ultimately looking for people with a strong work ethic, who are truthful about their skill sets, and can help complete current and upcoming projects. We are looking for a lead carpenter who can supervise helpers, manage project completion within the time frame, handle change orders, is detail-oriented, has a strong construction background, keeps schedules on track, manages tools, and also has their own set of tools and a truck. There is a lot of room to grow. A company phone will be supplied. Eventually, there will be much more for the right person. We are working towards opening a second-chance program for veterans, recovering alcoholics, felons, or anyone who needs a second chance and is trying to start anew. You must work hard, and there will be a lot of opportunities for the right person. We are also hiring for an electrician, structural engineer, architect, project manager, diesel mechanic, and office assistant. We are a small company, but we are growing. We are working on shelter builds for women and children experiencing domestic abuse. We are a veteran-based company. There are a lot of opportunities for everyone.
