• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnoses based on clinical expertise and patient history.
• Develop individualized treatment strategies that address clients’ specific needs, drawing from a range of evidence-based therapies such as solution-focused therapy and motivational interviewing.
• Utilize innovative behavioral therapies to help clients achieve their treatment goals, emphasizing outcome-focused practices.
• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including primary care physicians and psychologists, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Monitor client progress systematically, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote optimal outcomes in both in-person and remote sessions.
• Assist with the administration and adherence to psychotropic medications, working in tandem with medical providers to ensure effective care management.

As a central figure in our mental health support services, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing complex emotional and psychological challenges. The population served may include individuals dealing with grief, anxiety, depression, and familial issues, requiring a nuanced and empathetic approach to care. Your expertise as an LCSW will be vital in facilitating recovery and promoting well-being within the community.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Colorado.
• At least one year of experience as a licensed therapist, demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical practice.

• Experience working in mental health settings, particularly in hospice or palliative care environments.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Familiarity with collaborative care models and interdisciplinary practice.

The salary for this full-time LCSW position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
