Position Profile
Weaver's Tax Services team is looking for a new Administrative Processor to join their growing team. The Tax Services Administrative Processor provides quality control support to the tax department. This professional will be responsible for assembling and processing deliverables. The Administrative Processor will interact with staff via telephone and instant messaging, therefore we require professionalism in communication. We are looking for someone who is a team player, organized, and has high attention to detail. This opportunity offers professional growth and a warm culture! Seasonal overtime will be required. This position will follow a regular schedule of 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (central time), Monday through Friday.
To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 + years administrative experience
  • Punctuality and dependability
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task and take direction
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Experience using Adobe and Outlook
