Position       : Documentation Admin.

Location : Stuart, FL

Duration : 12 Months Contract

Total Hours/week :40.00

Description:

Position Purpose:

  • This position is primarily responsible for administrative and clerical duties in support of the sales workflow coordinator team members with specific responsibility regarding account documentation, reporting, and follow-up to external territory managers and physicians

Primary Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the requests and updates for client account data is accurate and up to date.
  • Review insurance verification notes to ensure what work is needed within the documentation department.
  • Ability to identify and professionally resolve documentation errors externally and internally within the Bard teams
  • Ensure all order confirmation requirements have been met for documentation review and approval to be completed.
  • Adhere to phone compliance standards to include Medicare guidelines, HIPAA, ACW, and minimum productivity.
  • Enter all daily production numbers and representative errors and submit daily sales logs to direct supervisor
  • Create files to be worked, copy coversheets, and provide documentation to the appropriate departments once completed.

  • Fosters positive interactions for physician’s office staff with Liberator Medical Supply, Inc. to aid in the facilitation of continued long term working relationships
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere that embodies Liberator’s philosophy- Professional excellence, teamwork and integrity.
  • Performs other duties and tasks as assigned

Reporting Relationship Responsibilities:

  • No supervisory responsibilities
  • Provides work direction only
  • Provides work direction plus has responsibility for hiring, promotions, transfers, performance management, discipline, and discharge.

  • Ability to apply intermediate math skills.

Reasoning:

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Advanced analytical reasoning to include ability to forecast exponentials within work flow processes and reason against outside factors.

Computer:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Access or other database software.

Telecommunications:

  • ability to utilize or knowledge of call center telecommunications software
