Job Summary:
Katalyst CRO is a company focused on delivering IT solutions, and they are seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of IT projects. The role involves managing global teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while handling various IT application projects.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Manage IT projects and ensure delivery on scope, budget, and schedule.
โ€ข Work with business teams to understand and document requirements.
โ€ข Define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
โ€ข Create and maintain project plans.
โ€ข Guide project team members and coordinate their tasks.
โ€ข Track milestones, deliverables, and overall project progress.
โ€ข Identify risks and issues; propose and implement mitigation actions.
โ€ข Handle delays or unexpected issues and adjust plans as needed.
โ€ข Follow IT security policies and PMO standards.
โ€ข Lead steering committee meetings and provide updates.
โ€ข Prepare and execute communication plans for stakeholders.
