Responsibilities
Supports Credit Analyst - Assists with daily credit-related tasks, ensuring smooth processing and accurate documentation.
Performs Basic Collections & Account Reconciliation - Contacts customers regarding past-due balances and reconciles accounts to resolve discrepancies.
Handles Customer Communications - Sends email reminders, makes collection calls, and provides invoice and credit memo copies as needed.
Maintains and Updates Customer Files - Ensures all customer records are current, organized, and complete.
Manages Documentation - Retrieves Proof of Delivery (POD), Bills of Lading (BOL), packing slips, and other supporting documents.
Assists with Special Assignments - Provides administrative and project support as directed by management or the credit team.
Assists with Administrative Tasks - Flexibility and reliability by providing administrative support as needed, including coverage during vacations, reception duties, special assignments, and handling uncommon or urgent requests.

Education/Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent - Required educational foundation.
2+ Years of Experience in an Administrative Accounting Role - Proven background supporting accounting functions such as collections, reconciliations, and documentation management.
