Job Description
Position: Vice President - Credit Manager
Core Function: Lead a team of credit analysts and ensure the bank maintains strong credit quality by analyzing and approving commercial loans.
Main Focus Areas
  • Managing and mentoring credit analysts
  • Performing commercial credit analysis (financial statements, cash flow, collateral)
  • Evaluating loans using the Five Cs of Credit
  • Preparing and presenting credit memos
  • Assigning risk ratings
  • Working with loan officers and clients
  • Monitoring loan portfolio risk
  • Supporting compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements
Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years commercial banking credit analysis experience
  • Strong financial statement analysis
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Leadership experience preferred
Work Setup
  • Full-time (8am-5pm)
  • Monday-Friday
  • Some travel
  • Remote team management
