Job Description
We're a digital marketing transformation agency where brand purpose meets business performance. We help our clients stand out in a crowded world, but behind every great campaign is a team of rockstars-and that's where YOU come in. As a Resource Manager, you'll be the orchestrator of talent, the mastermind behind staffing, and the glue that holds it all together. If you're organized, communicative, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, we want you to help us keep everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Master the Art of Utilization: You'll collaborate closely with discipline leads across multiple portfolios to ensure the team's time is maximized and targets are met. Your goal? Keep resources humming at their full potential across projects.
  • Forecast Like a Pro: You'll have your finger on the pulse, predicting future client needs and ensuring we have the right talent available at the right time. Being ahead of the curve is your second nature.
  • Reporting Guru: You'll be the go-to for delivering detailed utilization reports to project teams. You'll contribute to utilization trends and forecasts, ensuring the leadership team always has an accurate read on the resource landscape.
  • Staffing Superpower: Whether it's full-time or freelance talent, you'll handle staffing requests like a pro, with support from Portfolio Leads and Discipline Leads. You'll work with team and project leadership to identify and fill any staffing gaps.
  • Smooth Operator: You'll lead weekly staffing meetings with finesse, driving discussions on team availability and project needs. Ad-hoc meetings? No problem. You'll coordinate and manage them on the fly.
  • Resource Inventory Pro: We know the devil is in the details. That's why you'll maintain a rock-solid inventory of core skills and the context in which they're used-so we know exactly who can do what, when.
  • Capacity Communications: You'll keep your Portfolio Leads and Discipline Leads informed and up to date on project statuses, pipeline, and resource forecasts, ensuring a seamless flow of information.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
  • 3-5 years of resource management, staffing, or workforce planning experience in an agency or consultancy environment (digital marketing agency experience is a huge plus!)
  • Comprehensive understanding of disciplines and craft skills sets within a creative and digital agency (project management, creative, strategy, production, data sciences, engineering, media, account management, social strategy)
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for managing people and projects.
  • A love for data: You're comfortable with reporting and utilizing data to forecast and analyze trends.
  • Strong communication skills: You'll be working with a wide range of teams and clients, so the ability to communicate clearly and effectively is key.
  • Ability to stay organized and juggle multiple moving pieces-especially when deadlines are tight.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to proactively solve problems and step into action as needed.
  • Experience with staffing tools or resource management software.
