We're looking for an exceptional US based Creative Director to join our Global Creative Studio.

This is an opportunity to shape the future of experiential entertainment by leading the creative development of large-scale immersive experiences, live productions and globally recognised entertainment IPs. You'll originate bold ideas, craft emotionally engaging stories and translate them into world-class guest experiences that blend creativity, technology and spectacle.

Working closely with production, licensing, commercial and technology teams, you'll help define the next generation of experiences for some of the world's biggest brands, studios and artists.

• Lead the creative development of large-scale experiential entertainment projects from concept through delivery.
• Create distinctive original concepts as well as creative responses to globally recognised entertainment IPs.
• Develop compelling narratives and emotionally engaging guest journeys that translate into unforgettable physical experiences.
• Shape cinematic storytelling through scripting, storyboarding and visual sequencing.
• Transform stories into large-scale visual spectacles through innovative experience design.
• Collaborate with production, technology, licensing and commercial teams to bring ambitious creative ideas to life.
• Lead multidisciplinary creative teams, providing direction throughout concept development, design and production.
• Present creative concepts confidently to senior stakeholders, clients, artists and IP partners.
• Balance creative ambition with commercial objectives, budgets and production realities.
• Explore emerging technologies, including AI, interactive media, lighting, AV, show control and immersive technologies, to enhance creative delivery.
• Contribute to the continued evolution of Fever's creative standards and global portfolio.

• Significant experience developing large-scale live entertainment, touring productions or immersive experiences.
• Exceptional storytelling ability with a strong narrative-led creative approach.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and other graphic design and 3D rendering tools.
• Deep understanding of music-driven experiences, show pacing and synchronisation.
• Experience with cinematic storytelling, including scripting, storyboarding and visual sequencing.
• Experience creating immersive, location-based entertainment and large-scale public experiences.
• Proven ability to originate distinctive creative concepts and original IP, not simply execute existing ideas.
• Strong understanding of guest journey design and emotional storytelling.
• Experience working with major entertainment IPs and navigating complex creative approval processes.
• Outstanding pitching and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire both internal teams and external partners.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams from concept through delivery.
• Strong understanding of experiential technologies, including lighting, media servers, interactive technology, AV, show control and AI-enabled creative workflows.
• Experience managing creative scope, budgets and production constraints without compromising creative quality.
• Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international and highly collaborative environment.

• Experience working with globally recognised artists, studios or entertainment brands.
• Experience working on drone shows
• A strong understanding of live music, touring productions or concert experiences.
• Experience creating award-winning experiential entertainment.
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional storytelling, visual thinking and world-class execution.
• An established network of leading creative collaborators across entertainment, design, production and technology.

• Have over 7 years of experience as a boundary pushing Creative Director
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and other graphic design and rendering tools.
• Must have BA (hons) degree in Art, Design or similar

• A 30 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Team to better understand your career plan, assess cultural fit, and answer any questions you may have
• A 60 min online test with three topics: logic, analytics, and written understanding
• A 30 min interview with your future manager to assess fit and capabilities
• A 45-60 min business case presentation (to be prepared in advance) to a small panel

On average, our process lasts around 4 weeks and offers usually follow within a week.
