Job description

Scrippsis looking for aBrand & Creative Managerto lead the evolution of how we show up in the marketplace. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a creative strategist who thrives at the intersection of design, storytelling, and brand stewardship. You'll shape the visual identity and narrative voice of Scripps Ad Sales across every platform-from client pitches and sales enablement tools to digital campaigns and industry events. If you're a creative problem-solver who can think big, execute fast, and bring teams together around a unified vision, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Partner directly with the Director, Brand & Creative Partnerships to execute the visual identity, brand positioning, and go-to-market storytelling.

  • Act as the ultimate brand steward for Scripps Ad Sales, ensuring strict consistency, premium polish, and a unified voice across all internal and external touchpoints.

  • Ideate, write, and frame out high-impact creative concepts for client pitches, sales enablement materials, and enterprise presentations.

  • Develop, design, and manage B2B marketing initiatives, including digital newsletters, email marketing campaigns, and social media content pipelines.

  • Support the activation of brand experiences, sales resources, and collateral for industry events and digital client engagements.

  • Act as a hands-on creator and project coordinator, building reusable design templates while managing workflows to ensure rapid turnaround times.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • BS/BA in related discipline preferred or equivalent years of experience

  • Generally, 8+ years of experience in related field preferred

  • A portfolio that highlights relevant projects demonstrating your creative thinking, design skills, and execution.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Hybrid creative mindset blending design experience that has expanded into brand strategy, copywriting and campaign execution

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation software (PowerPoint)

  • Proven experience building and optimizing email marketing campaigns, digital newsletters, and social media strategies

  • Meticulous organizational skills with the ability to manage project timelines, coordinate with internal design teams

  • Expertise in event marketing, experiential activation, or trade show collateral is a strong plus
