Position Summary:
The Democratic National Committee is looking for a talented and driven Influencer and Creative Partnerships Manager to join its digital team. This role will support the Creative Partnerships Team and report directly to the Influencer and Creative Partnerships Director. The Influencer and Creative Partnerships Manager will identify creators that align with the Democratic Party's values, help maintain strong relationships with them, and create opportunities to produce effective social media content tied to the Democratic Party. The ideal candidate for this role has excellent communication skills and a natural ability to collaborate.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify like-minded content creators that align with the party's values.
  • Form and maintain relationships with a variety of content creators.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders on creative projects.
  • Contribute to executing the DNC's influencer strategy.
  • Ensure that the DNC is effectively using influencer engagement to reach key voters.
  • Support creators in producing successful issue-based social content.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the department and the DNC's mission.

Qualifications:
  • Professional social media scroller.
  • Ability to hop on the latest trends in relevant and authentic ways.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Expert knowledge of social platforms and a thorough awareness of successful creators.
  • Experience creating content for social platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
  • An interest in politics and a commitment to staying on top of current events from politics to pop culture and social trends.
  • Ability to collaborate respectfully and effectively with others.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Travel: The Influencer and Creative Partnerships Manager position will require some travel, which could be up to 10% of the time.
Salary: The starting salary for the Influencer and Creative Partnerships Manager position is $65,000.00, on an annualized basis, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
This is a full-time, exempt position that may require work on weekends, and has an end date of November 15, 2026. This position is in the bargaining unit represented by SEIU Local-500.
