Job description

7th Avenue is looking for a Creative Content Manager to join our growing creative team. This role blends creativity, production, and social media management and is ideal for someone who's equally comfortable in front of the camera, behind the camera, on set, analyzing performance metrics, and in the DMs.
You'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life across photos, video, and social media to help tell the story of 7th Avenue's functional modular sofas through compelling, high-quality visual content. From planning shoots to creating Reels, coordinating posts, and managing content workflows, you'll be hands-on in every stage of production.
The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and deeply in tune with social trends. You understand how to create content that feels authentic and aspirational - the kind people want to save, share, and shop from.
This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles, with a flexible mix of remote, office, and on-set work. Travel to showrooms nationwide are required: 2-3 times per month.
Responsibilities
CONTENT PRODUCTION
  • Assist Content Director in planning, coordinating, and executing all content shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, prop sourcing, team coordination, shot list management, and assisting on set
  • Capture and edit social-first photo and video content for use across all digital channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, web, email)

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
  • Manage daily posting, engagement, and performance tracking across brand social accounts
  • Reply to comments and DMs in a timely manner, escalating customer service issues for prompt resolution as needed
  • Own the organic content calendar in alignment with the annual brand marketing calendar, including sales, product launches, and seasonal trends
  • Collaborate with Content Partnerships Manager to source organic customer UGC and maintain a running list of inbound partnership inquiries
  • Research trends, pitch ideas, and produce creative that aligns with brand strategy and marketing goals

CONTENT MANAGEMENT & COLLABORATION
  • Organize and maintain the brand's content library for easy cross-functional use
  • Support the Content Director with campaign planning, large-scale shoots, and new product launches
  • Assist Partnerships Manager with coordinating and organizing deliverables from influencers and creators
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, fast-moving creative culture

Requirements
  • 4+ years experience in content creation, creative production, or social media management (ideally in lifestyle, home, or consumer brands)
  • Proven ability to create and edit high-quality photo and video content optimized for social platforms
  • Strong understanding of current social trends, storytelling formats, and visual design
  • Excellent organization and time management - you can juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing tools
  • Confident on set and comfortable giving direction or capturing BTS content
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools

You'll thrive in this role if you...
  • Are equally right- and left-brained - creative but process-driven
  • Love seeing projects through from idea to final post
  • Have a natural eye for design, interiors, and aesthetics
  • Want to grow within a fast-paced, high-performing creative team
  • Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000 per year
