About your Team:

This role will lead and grow IBKR’s Creative, Social, and Brand Partnerships function, responsible for defining how the brand shows up across all consumer‑facing channels. The organization spans creative development, social media, video, content, and creator partnerships, and works in close partnership with media and analytics teams.

What will be your responsibilities within IBKR: Creative & Brand Leadership
  • Define and steward IBKR’sglobal creative vision and standardsacross all channels
  • Ensure a cohesive, high‑quality brand voice across performance, mid-, and upper‑funnel marketing
  • Serve as the senior creative partner to marketing leadership
Integrated Creative Development
  • Lead integrated creative across video, digital, TV, print, social, and out‑of‑home
  • Oversee end‑to‑end campaign development from concept through execution
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver creative at scale
Social, Content & Influencers
  • Own thestrategy and standardsfor IBKR’s global social and content ecosystem
  • Provide leadership and direction across creator and influencer programs
  • Ensure social and creator efforts support both brand‑building and performance goals
Partnerships & Collaboration
  • Lead brand and creator partnerships that enhance credibility, reach, and relevance
  • Work closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure regulatory alignment
  • Partner with Media and Analytics teams to assess creative effectiveness
Team Leadership
  • Lead, develop, and support amulti‑disciplinary creative organization
  • Set clear expectations, workflows, and quality standards
  • Mentor creative, social, and partnerships leaders
What required skill’s you need:
  • 10+ years of experience in creative leadership, brand marketing, or integrated marketing
  • Proven experience leadingintegrated creative across multiple channels
  • Experience managing social, content, and creator functions
  • Strong portfoliodemonstratingcreative excellence and impact
  • Excellent leadership, judgment, and communication skills
