About the role: We are seeking a dynamic Creative Partnerships Director for our TikTok Shop partner ecosystem. This role serves as a lead, critical, and creative role working with creative agencies, content studios, livestream production teams, and creator service partners on TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will bring strong understanding of social content platforms, creative storytelling, and platform content formats, with demonstrated artistic judgment, extraordinary ability in the arts, and sustained industry recognition. Responsibilities: - Creative Partner Management: Oversee a portfolio of creative partners on TikTok Shop. Support the development of high-quality creative solutions across shop presentation, creator collaboration, shoppable video production, livestream creative execution, and community-facing content experiences. - Creative Strategy Development: Collaborate with partners to build customized creative and artistic strategies aligned with platform capabilities and audience engagement needs. Identify effective content formats, storytelling approaches, and special creative initiatives. - Creative Review and Insights: Regularly review content quality, creative outputs, and audience response patterns to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide actionable recommendations to strengthen artistic impact and execution quality. - Creative Relationship Building: Foster strong long-term relationships with creative partners. Act as a key point of contact for partner communication, creative alignment, and project support. - Cross-Functional Creative Collaboration: Work closely with category, marketing, product, and technical teams to identify creative needs, connect brands with suitable creative partners, and support the rollout of content-led growth initiatives on TikTok Shop. - Livestream Creative Operations: Collaborate with partners to identify and support LIVE sellers and creators, define creative goals for livestream sessions, and improve show structure, visual presentation, and overall content quality through regular feedback loops.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of experience with agencies, content studios, social content platforms, or e-commerce ecosystems. - Strong creative mindset and operational execution skills in content, livestream, or creator-facing environments. - Experience working with leadership and presenting with strong executive presence. - Ability to analyze data and audience signals to provide creative insights and strategic recommendations. Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in live-streaming, short-form video, or social content production is preferred. - Excellent interpersonal skills and strong ability to collaborate in creative environments. - A good team player and a fast learner who is open to changes. - Attention to detail, visual logic, and strong creative problem-solving ability.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115520 - $273600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
