PrimoHoagies is looking for a passionate, hands-on Restaurant Store Manager to oversee daily operations and uphold the award-winning quality that has led USA Today to recognize us as the Best Hoagie Shop in America three years running. If you’re driven, detail-oriented, and energized by fast-paced restaurant leadership, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
  • Lead staffing: scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management
  • Oversee inventory control, ordering, and waste reduction
  • Enforce all food safety, sanitation, and health standards
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns promptly
  • Monitor sales, labor costs, profitability, and operational KPIs
