Contractor Sales Manager South Bay

The South Bay is looking for a Contractor Sales Manager to lead a dynamic and growing sales team.ย  We are looking for someone with sales expertise within our industry and with the products we sell.ย  Sales leadership consists of vast skills in developing people, discovery skills, negotiating contracts, problem solving and building strong relationships with our customer base, suppliers and with each other.ย  The job will require a strong commitment to putting in the time needed and the skills to grow our people and grow our customer base.ย  This is absolutely an awesome career opportunity.ย 

Past experience should include yearโ€™s performing the following

  • Recruiting, Hiring and Developing people
  • Computer skills
  • Sales and teaching the sale process
  • Products and supply line experience

Our products include lumber, tools, paint, building materials, millwork, doors, and windows. With 11 convenient store locations, we serve customers throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
