Help Create the Customer Experience at Sanctuary Saugus
At Sanctuary Medicinals, our POS Sales Agents are more than cashiers. They are product guides, customer advocates, problem solvers, and the energy behind the sales floor. As part of the opening team for Sanctuary Saugus, you will help build an exciting, welcoming, and educational retail experience from the ground up.
We are looking for outgoing, motivated people who enjoy connecting with customers, learning about cannabis, and working in a fast-paced retail environment. Whether helping a first-time customer feel comfortable or guiding a returning customer toward their next favorite product, you will play a huge role in shaping the customer experience every day.

Duties & Responsibilities
โ€ข Create a welcoming and positive experience for every customer
โ€ข Build strong customer relationships through education, communication, and product knowledge
โ€ข Assist customers and patients with selecting products that best fit their needs and preferences
โ€ข Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cannabis strains, cannabinoids, terpenes, consumption methods, and product categories
โ€ข Stay informed on cannabis industry trends, products, and events
โ€ข Explain the differences between flower, vapes, concentrates, edibles, tinctures, pre-rolls, and other product types
โ€ข Accurately complete all POS transactions following Sanctuary SOPs and Massachusetts regulations
โ€ข Ensure all cash handling and transaction procedures are completed correctly
โ€ข Maintain organized and accurate customer interaction records
โ€ข Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitized throughout the shift
โ€ข Support teammates during busy periods and help maintain smooth floor operations
โ€ข Help create a fun, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment
โ€ข Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a busy retail environment throughout the shift
