Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Associate Sales Representative to join our fast-growing e-bike team. This role is focused on supporting the Sales Representative in their respective territory, building strong relationships with bike shops and dealer partners, and driving growth through Showcase partnerships and new product launches. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cycling and e-mobility, eager to learn the business of B2B dealer sales, and comfortable with frequent travel to meet shop owners face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel within the assigned territory to support the Sales Representative in building and maintaining dealer relationships.
  • Assist with opening new accounts and deepening engagement with Showcase Dealers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver basic e-bike sales and technical training to dealer staff under the guidance of the territory Sales Representative.
  • Support new product launches, ensuring dealers receive training, marketing collateral, and merchandising guidance.
  • Collect and report ground-level dealer and customer feedback to the sales, product, and operations teams.
  • Assist with Shopify and B2B portal onboarding, helping dealers navigate ordering and account tools.
  • Represent the brand at demo days, dealer events, and trade shows, acting as an ambassador for e-bike adoption.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of shop visits, activities, and pipeline opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or similar degree in business, sales, or marketing (relevant experience considered).
  • 1–2 years of sales, customer service, or retail experience preferred (bike shop or outdoor industry a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly with independent retailers.
  • Passion for cycling and enthusiasm for the e-bike industry.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time within assigned territory.
  • Quick learner, eager to develop product expertise and sales skills.
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to transport demo bikes or small displays as needed.

Preferred

  • Experience working with bike shops or outdoor retailers.
  • Knowledge of the market, particularly in cycling or e-mobility sectors,
