Director of Sales (Construction GC Sales)
Location: Greater Raleigh or Greenville, NC Areas (Relocation Provided)
Compensation: $120K Base + 10-15% Bonus + Profit Sharing + Company Vehicle
We're looking for a Director of Sales to lead growth for a design-driven construction/cabinetry business scaling from ~$10M toward aggressive expansion. This role will transition sales from an owner-led model into a structured, high-performing organization.
What We're Looking For:
Brings deep General Contractor sales experience. Ideal candidate will be someone from a building supply company, General Contractor sales, etc...
Proven sales leader with experience scaling revenue ($2M+ responsibility)
Strong background in market expansion and sales process development
Hands-on leader who can balance growth, performance, and culture
What You'll Do:
Own and execute the sales strategy to drive revenue growth
Lead and develop a team of designers into stronger revenue producers
