Naples Lumber and Supply is seeking a Contractor Sales Associate, we are a high-volume supplier of lumber, millwork, hardware, windows and doors, concentrating mainly in the custom home market.

Job Description:

A Naples Lumber Contractor Sales Associate is responsible for providing professional customer service to Contractors, do-it-yourselfers and outside sales staff. This is accomplished by assisting customers make purchase decisions, efficiently processing sales transactions and ensuring the customer has everything needed to complete a project. Handling sales transactions, inventory control and communication are all components of this position. A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company are necessary to this position.

Job Summary:

· Builds and maintains relationships with customers by supplying advice and information

· Provides superior customer service while ensuring sales and profit goals are met

· Supports the outside sales staff, contractors and customers as directed

· Identifies personal growth needs and learning opportunities

· Commits to continued learning on products, packages, procedures and more

Requirements to be considered for the Position:

· Previous experience in a sales/customer service environment

· Friendly, outgoing personality

· Ability to effectively communicate with others

· Familiarity with building materials/lumber is a must

· Ability to participate effectively as a team member

Our company has an opening for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to greet customers as they arrive or contact us.
This position will also help with accounting functions such as billing and other admin duties.
Willing to train the right candidate with a can-do attitude and the ability for multitasking with an eye for detail.
