The estimated base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000 er year.  
Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors (salary may be adjusted based on geographic location)

As a Commercial Solution Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving project conversion and pricing execution in the Northwest Region, including northern California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana and Utah.  Reporting to the Channel Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Distribution & Contractor Manager and key channel partners to qualify leads, convert opportunities, and support pricing strategies via Salesforce (SFDC) and coordination with the Pricing Team. This role is essential to advancing project success from lead qualification through to completion, while fostering strong relationships with distributors and subcontractors.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and lead project lead qualification and pricing requests in partnership with the Distribution & Contractor Manager.
  • Qualify incoming web-based and Dodge project inquiries, converting them into active bid opportunities.
  • Develop an understanding of competitive products and market dynamics.
  • Recommend alternative product solutions aligned with project goals and budget requirements, collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Engage with Distributors to creatively address project challenges and explore value-added solutions.
  • Provide technical and product expertise to customers across various channels.
  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively across regional sales channels.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and project updates in Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Review project specifications to ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment with bid requirements.
  • Deliver proactive customer outreach and education on relevant product solutions and regional opportunities.
